1. How long does it take to create a custom piece of jewelry?

The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I’ll always let you know the estimated completion time during our consultation.

2. Can you create a piece of jewelry based on my own idea or an inspiration image?

Yes. A specific idea, sketch, or inspiration image can be very helpful during the design process, but I’m also happy to help if you only have the beginnings of an idea.

3. What materials do you work with?

I work exclusively with precious metals for custom pieces, primarily gold and silver.

4. Do you ship within Hungary and internationally?

Yes. I’m happy to ship my jewelry both within Hungary and internationally. I’ll provide you with the shipping details and costs when you place your order.

5. Do you offer repairs or resizing?

I only offer repairs and resizing for jewelry that I have made myself.

6. How should I care for and clean my jewelry?

With proper care, your jewelry can retain its beauty for many years. I’m happy to provide personalized advice on cleaning and care based on the materials and design of your piece.

7. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible for gifts. If you’re unsure about the size or which piece to choose, I’m happy to help you find the right one.

8. What if I have a question after placing my order?

My support doesn’t end once your order is complete. If you have any questions about your jewelry, I’m always happy to help.
